कारणं कथ्यतामाशु वह्नीन्द्रवसुभिर्युताः । देवा ऊचुः । दैत्यैः पराजितास्तात संगरेऽद्भुतकारिभिः
kāraṇaṃ kathyatāmāśu vahnīndravasubhiryutāḥ | devā ūcuḥ | daityaiḥ parājitāstāta saṃgare'dbhutakāribhiḥ
«ຈົ່ງບອກເຫດຜົນໃຫ້ໄວ» (ພຣະພຣະຫມາ) ຕັດ, ເມື່ອເທວະທັງຫຼາຍພ້ອມດ້ວຍ ອັກນິ, ອິນທຣະ ແລະ ວະສຸ ຢືນຢູ່ຕໍ່ໜ້າພຣະອົງ. ເທວະກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ພຣະບິດາຜູ້ນ່າເຄົາລົບ, ພວກເຮົາຖືກດານະວະຜູ້ກະທຳອັນອັດສະຈັນ ຊະນະໃນສົງຄາມ»।
