पुरुषा ऊचुः । मा त्वं मृत्युपथं गच्छ कृत्वा वैराग्यमाकुलः । व्यावृत्य स्वगृहं गच्छ स्व भार्यासहितो द्विज
puruṣā ūcuḥ | mā tvaṃ mṛtyupathaṃ gaccha kṛtvā vairāgyamākulaḥ | vyāvṛtya svagṛhaṃ gaccha sva bhāryāsahito dvija
ಆ ಪುರುಷರು ಹೇಳಿದರು—“ಓ ದ್ವಿಜಾ! ವೈರಾಗ್ಯದ ವ್ಯಾಕುಲತೆಯಿಂದ ಮೃತ್ಯುಪಥಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಡ. ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗು।”
