Sukta 3.14
त्वद्धि पुत्र सहसो वि पूर्वीर्देवस्य यन्त्यूतयो वि वाजाः । त्वं देहि सहस्रिणं रयिं नोऽद्रोघेण वचसा सत्यमग्ने ॥
tvád dhi putra sahaso ví pū́rvīr devásya yánty ūtáyo ví vājā́ḥ | tváṃ dehi sahasríṇaṃ rayíṃ no’dróghena vácasā satyám agne ||
ಹೇ ಸಹಸದ ಪುತ್ರ, ನಿನ್ನಿಂದಲೇ ದೇವನ ಅನೇಕ ಪುರಾತನ ಊತಿಗಳು (ಸಹಾಯಗಳು) ಹೊರಟುಹೋಗುತ್ತವೆ; ವಾಜಗಳು—ಉರ್ಜಾವಂತ ಶಕ್ತಿಯ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗಳು—ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ. ಅಗ್ನೇ, ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಸ್ರಿಣ ರಯಿ (ಸಾವಿರಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಂಪತ್ತು) ನೀಡು; ಅದ್ರೋಘ ವಚನದಿಂದ—ವಂಚನೆರಹಿತ—ಸತ್ಯವಾದ ವಾಣಿಯಿಂದ.
