अथ रामस्सरिन्मध्ये पप्रच्छ मुनिपुङ्गवम्।वारिणो भिद्यमानस्य किमयं तुमुलो ध्वनि:।।1.24.6।।
atha rāmaḥ sarin-madhye papraccha muni-puṅgavam |
vāriṇo bhidyamānasya kim ayaṃ tumulo dhvaniḥ ||1.24.6||
ಆಗ ನದಿಯ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಮನು ಮುನಿಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದನು: “ನೀರು ಚೀರಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿರುವಂತೆ ಈ ಭಯಂಕರ, ಕೋಲಾಹಲಮಯ ಧ್ವನಿ ಏನು?”
