caṇḍālo dvijarūpotra caṃdraprabha iti smṛtaḥ
Translation
នៅទីនេះ ចណ្ឌាលម្នាក់ ទោះបីជាមានរូបរាងជាព្រាហ្មណ៍ក៏ដោយ ត្រូវបានគេស្គាល់ថាឈ្មោះ ចន្ទ្រប្រភា (Candraprabha)។
