इंद्र उवाच । विश्वामित्र प्रतुष्टोऽस्मि तपसानेन पार्थिव । वरं वरय भद्रं ते यदभीष्टं हृदिस्थितम्
iṃdra uvāca | viśvāmitra pratuṣṭo'smi tapasānena pārthiva | varaṃ varaya bhadraṃ te yadabhīṣṭaṃ hṛdisthitam
ឥន្ទ្រៈបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ វិશ્વាមិត្រ ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ យើងពេញចិត្តយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះតបស្យារបស់អ្នក។ ចូរជ្រើសពរ—សូមសេចក្តីមង្គលមានដល់អ្នក—អ្វីដែលអ្នកប្រាថ្នានៅក្នុងបេះដូង»។
