ब्रह्मोवाच । बलवानेष भूपाल कालः कलयति स्वयम्
brahmovāca | balavāneṣa bhūpāla kālaḥ kalayati svayam
ព្រះព្រហ្មបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រ កាលៈ (ពេលវេលា) នេះមានអំណាចខ្លាំងណាស់; ពេលវេលាផ្ទាល់ ធ្វើឲ្យសព្វវត្ថុទៅដល់កំណត់ និងទីបញ្ចប់»។
