इन्द्रद्युम्न उवाच । मदीयं सुकृतं ब्रह्मन्कथं भूमौ भवेदिति । किं कर्तव्यं मया नैतन्मम चेतसि तिष्ठति
indradyumna uvāca | madīyaṃ sukṛtaṃ brahmankathaṃ bhūmau bhavediti | kiṃ kartavyaṃ mayā naitanmama cetasi tiṣṭhati
ឥន្ទ្រទ្យុម្នៈបាននិយាយថា៖ «ឱ ព្រះព្រហ្ម (Brahman) កុសលរបស់ខ្ញុំ តើហេតុអ្វីបានជាកើតមាន (បាត់បង់ ឬប្រែប្រួល) លើផែនដី? ខ្ញុំគួរធ្វើអ្វី? រឿងនេះមិនស្ថិតស្ងប់ក្នុងចិត្តខ្ញុំទេ»។
