सत्यं वाच्यं नित्यमैत्रेण भाव्यं कार्यं त्याज्यं नित्यमायासकारि । लोकेऽमुष्मिन्यद्दिनं स्यात्तथास्मिन्नात्मा योगे येजनीयो गभीरैः
satyaṃ vācyaṃ nityamaitreṇa bhāvyaṃ kāryaṃ tyājyaṃ nityamāyāsakāri | loke'muṣminyaddinaṃ syāttathāsminnātmā yoge yejanīyo gabhīraiḥ
គួរនិយាយសច្ចៈជានិច្ច គួរចិញ្ចឹមមិត្តភាពក្នុងចិត្តជានិច្ច ហើយគួរលះបង់អំពើដែលបង្កការនឿយហត់ និងរំខានជានិច្ច។ ដូចថ្ងៃរបស់មនុស្សកន្លងទៅក្នុងលោកនេះ នោះក៏បង្ករូបលោកក្រោយដែរ—ហេតុនេះ អ្នកប្រាជ្ញគួរគោរពបូជាអាត្មានៅក្នុង ដោយយោគៈជ្រាលជ្រៅ។
