योषित्सुवध्योऽसि रणं विभुंच शुंभाऽशुभ स्वल्पतरैरहोभिः । मत्तोर्हसि त्वं न वृथैव मूढ ततोऽपयातः स च शंभदानवः
yoṣitsuvadhyo'si raṇaṃ vibhuṃca śuṃbhā'śubha svalpatarairahobhiḥ | mattorhasi tvaṃ na vṛthaiva mūḍha tato'payātaḥ sa ca śaṃbhadānavaḥ
«ឱ Shumbha ដ៏ចង្រៃអើយ អ្នកសមនឹងត្រូវសម្លាប់ដោយស្ត្រីម្នាក់ ហើយអំណាចរបស់អ្នកនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិនឹងត្រូវបញ្ចប់ក្នុងរយៈពេលដ៏ខ្លី។ អ្នកមិនមែនជាគូប្រជែងរបស់ខ្ញុំទេ កុំព្យាយាមដោយឥតប្រយោជន៍អី ឱមនុស្សល្ងង់អើយ»។ ដោយមានព្រះបន្ទូលដូច្នេះ Danava Shumbha នោះក៏ដកថយទៅ។
