ब्रह्मोवाच । यत्त्वं प्रष्टुमना विप्र ज्ञातं ते तन्मनोगतम् । पिपृच्छिषुस्त्वं निर्वाणं गणौ तत्कथयिष्यतः
brahmovāca | yattvaṃ praṣṭumanā vipra jñātaṃ te tanmanogatam | pipṛcchiṣustvaṃ nirvāṇaṃ gaṇau tatkathayiṣyataḥ
ព្រះព្រហ្មាបានមានព្រះបន្ទូលថា៖ ឱ វិប្រ ប្រាហ្មណៈ អ្វីដែលអ្នកមានចិត្តចង់សួរ ខ្ញុំបានដឹងច្បាស់ពីអ្វីនៅក្នុងចិត្តអ្នករួចហើយ។ ដូច្នេះ ចូរសួរអំពីនិរវាណ; គណៈទាំងពីរនេះនឹងពន្យល់ឲ្យអ្នក។
