तस्य पुत्रोंऽशुमान्नाम असमञ्जस्य वीर्यवान्।।।।सम्मत स्सर्वलोकस्य सर्वस्यापि प्रियंवद:।
tasya putro ’ṃśumān nāma asamañjasya vīryavān | sammataḥ sarvalokasya sarvasyāpi priyaṃvadaḥ ||
ព្រះរាជបុត្ររបស់ព្រះองค์មាននាមថា អំសុមាន ជាវីរបុរសក្លាហាន ជាទីពេញចិត្តរបស់មនុស្សទាំងឡាយ និងមានពាក្យសម្តីផ្អែមល្ហែមជាទីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះគ្រប់គ្នា។
Asamanjasa's son was Anshuman. He was valiant, beloved and courteous to every one in the world.
Dharma is reflected in character, not merely birth: even from a flawed parent can arise a virtuous person, marked by social approval, courage, and truthful-beneficial speech.
