Transliterationsamu̱dró ’si vi̱śvávyacā ajó ’sy ékapād áhír asi budhnyò vā́g asy aindrám asi sadó ’sy ṛtásya dvā́rau | mā́ mā́ sanátāptam ádhvanām adhva̱pate prá mā tir svastí me ’smín pathí deva̱yā́ne bhūyāt
Translation汝は大海、万有に遍満する者。汝は不生（aja）、一つの足をもつ者。汝は深みの蛇（budhnya）。汝は言（vāc）におけるインドラの力（aindram）、汝はサダス（sadas、祭会の座）である。汝はṛtaの二つの門。道の主（adhvapati）よ、古き道程において我を灼き害するな。われを渡らせよ。神へ至るこの道（devayāna）において、わが身に安寧（svasti）があらんことを。
