daśaguṇena payasā sarvatastatsamāvṛtam | vahninā vāyunā cāpi nabhasā tamasā tathā

Translation

その宇宙の広がりは、十倍に増した水によって四方から包まれ、さらに火・風・虚空（エーテル）・闇によっても覆われていた。
