महत्तत्सोमो महिषश्चकारापां यद्गर्भोऽवृणीत देवान् । अदधादिन्द्रे पवमान ओजोऽजनयत्सूर्ये ज्योतिरिन्दुः ॥
Transliteration
mahát tát sómo mahiṣáś cakārāpā́ṃ yád gárbho ’vṛṇīta devā́n | ádadhād índre pávamāna ójo ’jánayat sū́rye jyótir índuḥ ||
Translation
Agunglah yang telah dilakukan Soma yang perkasa: sebagai embrio perairan ia memilih para dewa. Yang memurnikan itu menempatkan daya dalam Indra; Indu melahirkan cahaya di dalam Surya.
