इन्दुः पविष्ट चेतनः प्रियः कवीनां मती । सृजदश्वं रथीरिव ॥
Transliteration
índuḥ paviṣṭa cétanaḥ priyáḥ kavīnā́ṃ matī́ | sṛjád áśvaṃ rathī́r iva ||
Translation
Wahai Indu yang tersaring paling murni, engkau menjadi kesadaran yang terjaga, kekasih bagi pemikiran para resi; engkau melepaskan kuda daya, laksana sais yang membebaskan kudanya—mendorong prāṇa (daya-hidup) maju menempuh perjalanan.
