Transliteration

eṣá śuṣmy ádābhyaḥ sómaḥ punānó arṣati | devā́-vīr aghaśaṃsa-hā́ ||

Translation

Soma ini, perkasa dan tak terkalahkan, mengalir sambil memurnikan diri; ia menghadirkan daya-daya kepahlawanan para dewa, dan membinasakan ujaran permusuhan—kebohongan dan dosa—di dalam diri kita.
