धरण्युवाच । बहुकल्पसहस्राणि व्रतस्यास्य सनातन । मया कृतस्य तपस्तन्मया विस्मृतं प्रभो ॥ ५१.३ ॥
dharaṇyuvāca | bahukalpasahasrāṇi vratasyāsya sanātana | mayā kṛtasya tapas tanmayā vismṛtaṃ prabho || 51.3 ||
धरती ने कहा, प्रभु, मैंने बहुत साल पहले यह व्रत किया था। हज़ारों कल्प पहले तपस्या की थी। पर अब मुझे याद नहीं आ रहा, मैं भूल गई हूँ।
