Determination of the Origin and Procedure of the Ancestral Offering

एवमुक्तो मया देवि गृह्य तत्र कमण्डलुम् ॥ उपस्पृश्य शुचिर्भूत्वा ब्रह्मा चोत्पादयन्सुरान् ॥
evam ukto mayā devi gṛhya tatra kamaṇḍalum || upaspṛśya śucir bhūtvā brahmā cotpādayan surān ||
मैंने ऐसे कहा, हे देवी। ब्रह्मा ने वहाँ कमंडलु उठाया। पानी छाक कर साफ हो गए। फिर उन्होंने देवी बनाए।
