वहाँ एक साइन बनाया गया था जो बताता था कि मंत्र सही है। उस साइन के थ्रू देवी को वहाँ स्थापित किया गया।
Varāha (default dialogue framework)
It preserves technical vocabulary associated with shrine foundation and ritual authorization (mantra-niścaya, pratiṣṭhā), useful for the study of early temple and pilgrimage institutions.
The verse situates the action “there” (tatra) within the chapter’s kṣetra itinerary but does not provide a standalone place-name in this line.
Ritual acts are portrayed as needing clarity and proper establishment (niścaya, pratiṣṭhā), implying disciplined procedure rather than arbitrary practice.
