Varāha (default dialogue framework; explicit speaker not present in fragment)
It reflects a Purāṇic-era ethical taxonomy that categorizes socially disruptive roles (e.g., theft, slander) alongside concerns about commodified ritual and education, offering evidence for how moral discourse engaged with evolving social institutions.
No specific geographic location is named in this verse; it is a general ethical enumeration rather than a sacred-geography passage.
The verse lists categories of persons treated as ethically problematic within the surrounding discourse, emphasizing social trust and integrity, and expressing anxiety about the commercialization of ritual service and instruction.
