सर्वत्यागी तुरीयातीतो गोमुखवृत्त्या फलाहारी अन्नाहारी चेद्गृहत्रये देहमात्रावशिष्टो दिगंबरः कुणपवच्छरीरवृत्तिकः॥२८॥
सर्व-त्यागी । तुरीय-अतीतः । गोमुख-वृत्त्या । फल-आहारी । अन्न-आहारी । चेत् । गृह-त्रये । देह-मात्र-अवशिष्टः । दिगम्बरः । कुणप-वत् । शरीर-वृत्तिकः ॥२८॥
sarvatyāgī turīyātīto gomukha-vṛttyā phalāhārī annāhārī ced gṛha-traye deha-mātrāvaśiṣṭo digambaraḥ kuṇapa-vac charīra-vṛttikaḥ ||28||
यह संन्यासी सब छोड़ देता है, वो भी उससे भी जो तुरिया से पार है। वो एक खास तरह से भीख माँगता है। कभी फल खाता है, कभी बना हुआ खाना। अगर तीन घर से भीख माँगता है तो सिर्फ बॉडी रह जाती है। कपड़े नहीं पहनता, बॉडी को ऐसे ट्रीट करता है जैसे मुर्दा हो।
Renouncing all, transcending the fourth (turīya) as well; living by the ‘gomukha’ mode; eating fruits, (or) eating cooked food; if (begging) in three houses; remaining with only the body; sky-clad; maintaining the body as if it were a corpse.
