भ्रुवोर्मध्ये ललाटे तु नासिकायास्तु मूलतः । जानीयादमृतं स्थानं तद्ब्रह्मायतनं महत् ॥४०॥

IAST Transliteration

bhruvormadhye lalāṭe tu nāsikāyāstu mūlataḥ | jānīyādamṛtaṃ sthānaṃ tad brahmāyatanaṃ mahat ||40||

Translation

भ्रों के बीच, माथे पर, नाक की जड़ के पास। यह जगह अमृत वाली जगह है, यहाँ मरण नहीं है। यह ब्रह्मन का मुख्य स्थान है।

Academic Translation

Between the eyebrows, indeed in the forehead, at the root of the nose—one should know that as the immortal place; that is the great abode of Brahman.
