Sukta 10.66
वसिष्ठासः पितृवद्वाचमक्रत देवाँ ईळाना ऋषिवत्स्वस्तये । प्रीता इव ज्ञातयः काममेत्यास्मे देवासोऽव धूनुता वसु ॥
vasiṣṭhāsaḥ pitṛ-vád vā́cam akrata devā́n ī́ḷānā ṛṣi-vát svastáye | prītā́ iva jñātáyaḥ kā́mam ā́ityā́sme devā́so’va dhūnutā vásu ||
वशिष्ठ रिशियों ने बात बनाई जैसे बाप अपने बच्चे को समझाता है। देवताओं को पुकारा, रिशियों की तरह, हमारे भले के लिए। देवता खुश हो के आयें, जैसे अपने ही लोग घर आयें। हमारे लिए संपत्ति दें, जो दिल में खुशी लाये।
