अपां भेषजम्। शं नो॑ दे॒वीर॒भिष्ट॑य॒ आपो॑ भवन्तु पी॒तये॑ । शं योर॒भि स्र॑वन्तु नः
पानी एक दवाई है। पानी देवियाँ हमारे लिए अच्छा करें। हम पानी पीते हैं और वो हमें साफ रखे। पानी हमारे ऊपर बहते रहें और हमें ठीक रखे।

अ॒प्सु मे॒ सोमो॑ अब्रवीद॒न्तर्विश्वा॑नि भेष॒जा।अ॒ग्निं च॑ वि॒श्वशं॑ भुवम्
सोम ने पानी में मुझसे कहा कि सारी दवाईयाँ पानी के अंदर हैं। अग्नि भी पानी में है जो सबको ठीक करता है। पानी में सब कुछ है जो हमें चाहिए।

आपः॑ पृणी॒त भे॑ष॒जं वरू॑थं त॒न्वे॒३ म॑म । ज्योक् च॒ सूर्यं॑ दृ॒शे॑
पानी, मेरे लिए दवाई भर दो, मेरे बदन की रक्षा करो। मुझे लंबा टाइम तक सूरज दिखने दो।

सूखी ज़मीन का पानी हमारे लिए अच्छा हो। दलदल का पानी भी अच्छा हो। खोद कर निकला पानी अच्छा हो। बर्तन में लाया पानी भी अच्छा हो। बारिश का पानी हमारे लिए भला करे।
