दृष्टलिङ्गे मैथुनापहारे सवर्णापसर्पोपगमे वा मिथ्यावादी द्वादशपणं दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०३.३.१४ ॥
dṛṣṭaliṅge maithunāpahāre savarṇāpasarpopagame vā mithyāvādī dvādaśapaṇaṃ dadyāt
अगर किसी पे इलाज़म लगाया कि उसने ज़बरदस्ती किया, या किसी को उठा के ले गया, या किसी अपने जैसी जात के साथ भाग गया, और बाद में साफ़ साबूत मिला कि यह झूठ है, तो झूठ बोलने वाले को बारह पण जुर्माना देना पड़ेगा।
