Sukta 4
króḍa ā́sīj jā́miśaṁsasya sómasya kalaśó dhṛtáḥ | devā́ḥ saṁgátya yát sárva ṛṣabháṁ vyàkalpayan ||
A lap there was: for Soma of the self-praising kinsman the jar was firmly held. When all the Gods, assembled in one accord, set forth and duly ordered the Bull.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (ṛṣi attribution varies by anukramaṇī for AV 9.4; commonly treated as Atharvan/Angirasic material).
Devata: Ṛṣabha (Bull) as power-symbol; secondarily Soma and the collective Devas.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (predominant in this section; to be confirmed per pada-count in critical edition).
