evaṃ tau niścayaṃ kṛtvā mātāputrau tapovane | jagmatus tridivaṃ rāma kṛtārthāv iti naḥ śrutam ||
"O Rama! mother and sons having arrived at this conclusion in the tapovana ascended to heaven with their desire fulfilled. This is what we have heard."
Resolution and restoration: dharma is upheld when conflict ends in a settled agreement and beings proceed with their rightful destinies.
The narrator concludes the Diti–Indra episode, stating that after agreement in the ascetic grove they ascended to heaven, their aims fulfilled.
Fulfillment through reconciliation—contentment arises when grievances are transformed into ordered outcomes.
