Devāḥ (continuing address to Śiva)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra (implicit causal tīrtha)
Type: kshetra
Scene: Devas plead for a dwelling-place, then quarrel—each claiming superiority—spreading out in restless motion across the heavens.
When pride and rivalry arise, only divine guidance restores order; hence the devas appeal to Śiva.
The narrative context remains Prabhāsakṣetra Māhātmya, centered on Śiva’s authority at Prabhāsa.
None; the verse depicts the devas’ plea for a designated abode and their ensuing quarrel.
