Transliteration

kṣamasva devadeveśa kurvasmākamanugraham | asmiṃlliṃge layaṃ gaccha mūlacaṇḍīśasaṃjñake | trikālaṃ devadeveśa grāhyā hyatra kalā tvayā

Translation

« Pardonne-nous, ô Seigneur des dieux ; accorde-nous ta grâce. Entre en résorption et demeure en ce liṅga nommé Mūlacaṇḍīśa. Ô Seigneur des dieux, que ta part divine soit reçue ici aux trois temps du jour. »
