Tirtha: Siddheśvara at Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Mahādevī (Pārvatī) implied by later vocative patterns in the chapter sequence
Scene: At Prabhāsa’s sacred precinct, a devotee performs Śiva-pūjā on Caitra śukla caturdaśī—liṅga adorned with bilva, flowers, lamps; the sea-breeze and tīrtha ambience suggest a liminal ‘supreme abode’ promise.
Time, place, and devotion converge: worship at the prescribed tithi in the exalted kṣetra is said to lead toward liberation by Śiva’s grace.
Siddheśvara in Prabhāsa Kṣetra, presented as a grace-filled destination for worship.
Perform Śiva pūjā “here” on Caitra bright-fortnight caturdaśī; the promised fruit is attainment of the supreme abode.
