Transliteration

pavitrairupacāraiśca pūjayaṃtu dvijottamāḥ | aṣṭau pramāṇapuruṣāḥ paurāṇāṃ kāryadarśinaḥ

Translation

Que les meilleurs des dvija rendent un culte (à la Divinité) par des offrandes et des services rituels purs. Qu’on institue huit hommes d’autorité—versés dans la tradition purānique et aptes à veiller aux affaires publiques—comme étalon de conduite.
