Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 106

स्निग्धः प्रदक्षिणश्चैव वह्निः स्यात्कार्यसिद्धये । अंजनाभ्यंजनं गंधान्मन्त्रप्रणयनं तथा

snigdhaḥ pradakṣiṇaścaiva vahniḥ syātkāryasiddhaye | aṃjanābhyaṃjanaṃ gaṃdhānmantrapraṇayanaṃ tathā

Un feu clair, onctueux et tournant vers la droite est propice à l’accomplissement de l’œuvre. De même sont recommandés le collyre et les onguents, les parfums, ainsi que la juste mise en œuvre/récitation des mantras.
