एवं विलपतीं तां तु वागुवाचाशरीरिणी । मा त्वं रुद विशालाक्षि पुनरेव पतिस्तव
evaṃ vilapatīṃ tāṃ tu vāguvācāśarīriṇī | mā tvaṃ ruda viśālākṣi punareva patistava
Comme elle se lamentait ainsi, une voix sans corps dit : «Ne pleure pas, ô toi aux grands yeux ; ton époux reviendra encore».
