Skanda (deduced; addressing a Devi within the narrative frame)
Tirtha: Sāvitrīsthālaka (in Prabhāsa-kṣetra)
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī
Scene: A devotee completes Sāvitrī-vrata udyāpana at a sanctified spot in Prabhāsa: offerings arranged, a small altar, fruits and lamps, with the sea-breeze and pilgrims nearby; the Goddess invoked as witness to instant purification.
Completing a vow properly (udyāpana) carries great purificatory power and seals the spiritual intent of the vrata.
The teaching is embedded in Prabhāsa-kṣetra Māhātmya, linking vrata practice to the sanctity of Prabhāsa.
Perform the udyāpana (concluding rite) of the Sāvitrī-vrata regularly; it is said to cleanse all sins instantly.
