इदं दानं सदा देयमात्मनो हित मिच्छता । श्राद्धे चैव विशेषेण यदीच्छेत्सात्त्विकं फलम्
idaṃ dānaṃ sadā deyamātmano hita micchatā | śrāddhe caiva viśeṣeṇa yadīcchetsāttvikaṃ phalam
Cette aumône doit être offerte en tout temps par celui qui recherche le vrai bien de soi—et tout particulièrement lors du śrāddha—s’il désire un fruit sāttvique (pur).
