Narrator (transition to Sāvitrī’s reply)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Scene: Sāvitrī is portrayed as the universal supporter; the simile of the furrow is visualized with a sacred field near the coast, while Viṣṇu stands praising her; she begins to speak, calm and vow-steady (suvratā).
The Goddess is the sustaining ground of existence; sincere praise naturally leads to divine instruction and blessing.
Prabhāsa-kṣetra is the overarching sacred setting in which this dialogue and hymn-bearing merit are situated.
Stuti (praise) is the active practice shown; the verse introduces the forthcoming boon discourse.
