इति दत्ते तदा शाप ऋषीणां च महात्मनाम् । गौरीं प्रसादयामासुस्ते च सर्वे सुरेश्वराः
iti datte tadā śāpa ṛṣīṇāṃ ca mahātmanām | gaurīṃ prasādayāmāsuste ca sarve sureśvarāḥ
Ainsi, lorsque la malédiction eut été proférée contre les ṛṣi magnanimes, tous ces seigneurs parmi les dieux s’efforcèrent d’apaiser la sainte Gaurī.
