Skanda Purana — Prabhasa Khanda, Shloka 40

कृष्णालयं तु यो गत्वा गोमत्यां पिंडपातनम् । करोति शक्त्या दानं च मुक्तास्तस्य पितामहाः

kṛṣṇālayaṃ tu yo gatvā gomatyāṃ piṃḍapātanam | karoti śaktyā dānaṃ ca muktāstasya pitāmahāḥ

Quiconque se rend au Kṛṣṇālaya et, sur la Gomati, offre l'oblation de piṇḍa et fait la charité selon ses capacités, ses ancêtres sont ainsi libérés.
