ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः । यद्येवं त्वं महाभाग रक्षार्थं संप्रयच्छसि । अस्माकं तत्र भंक्त्वाशु पिंडं कृत्वा समर्पय
brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ | yadyevaṃ tvaṃ mahābhāga rakṣārthaṃ saṃprayacchasi | asmākaṃ tatra bhaṃktvāśu piṃḍaṃ kṛtvā samarpaya
Les brāhmanes dirent : «S’il en est ainsi, ô très fortuné, si tu accordes vraiment quelque chose pour notre protection, brise-le aussitôt en ce lieu, façonne-en une pièce solide, et offre-la-nous.»
