तच्छ्रुत्वा ते सुराः सर्वे सर्वतस्तं जलाशयम् । वेष्टयित्वा स्थितास्तत्र वह्निर्भेकं शशाप ह

tacchrutvā te surāḥ sarve sarvatastaṃ jalāśayam | veṣṭayitvā sthitāstatra vahnirbhekaṃ śaśāpa ha

À ces mots, tous les dieux encerclèrent de toutes parts ce réservoir d’eau et s’y tinrent; alors Agni, le Feu, lança une malédiction à la grenouille.
