Skanda Purana — Nagara Khanda, Shloka 31

यथोक्तविधिना तीर्थे नागानां पंचमीदिने । श्रावणे मासि नो मुक्तः पिता तस्य तथापि सः

yathoktavidhinā tīrthe nāgānāṃ paṃcamīdine | śrāvaṇe māsi no muktaḥ pitā tasya tathāpi saḥ

Pourtant, bien que cela fût accompli au tīrtha selon la règle prescrite—le jour de Nāga Pañcamī, au mois de Śrāvaṇa—son père ne fut pas délivré.
