Śiva (Śaṅkara)
Scene: Śaṅkara, radiant and serene, laughs aloud and reassures Indra in a celestial audience; the laughter is compassionate, not mocking—an emblem of divine confidence.
Śiva’s readiness to protect dharma is emphasized; divine compassion responds to sincere petition.
No tīrtha is named; the verse is part of the narrative leading to a dharmic resolution.
None; it is a divine assurance.
