अथासौ बहुधा प्रो क्तस्तापसैर्जमदग्निजः । प्रहारान्गणयन्मातुः शितशस्त्रविनिर्मितान्

athāsau bahudhā pro ktastāpasairjamadagnijaḥ | prahārāngaṇayanmātuḥ śitaśastravinirmitān

Ainsi le fils de Jamadagni, interrogé à maintes reprises par les ascètes, commença à compter les coups infligés à sa mère, blessures faites par des armes tranchantes.
