यस्तत्र कार्तिके मासे कार्त्तिक्यां कृत्तिकासु च । प्रकरोति नरः स्नानं ब्रह्मलोकं स गच्छति
yastatra kārtike māse kārttikyāṃ kṛttikāsu ca | prakaroti naraḥ snānaṃ brahmalokaṃ sa gacchati
Quiconque, en ce lieu, se baigne au mois de Kārttika—à la pleine lune de Kārttikī et sous l’astre Kṛttikā—celui-là parvient à Brahmaloka.

Sacred time (Kārttika, Kārttikī, Kṛttikā) joined with sacred place (tīrtha) produces exalted spiritual destiny.
Puṣkara-traya is the implied “there” (tatra) where the Kārttika bathing is praised.
Snāna (ritual bathing) at the tīrtha during the month of Kārttika, especially on Kārttikī and when Kṛttikā nakṣatra occurs.
