शेषकालेऽपि चित्तस्थान्कामान्मर्त्यः समाप्नुयात् । तस्मात्सर्वप्रयत्नेन पूज्या सा द्वारका नरैः । सर्वेष्वपि हि कालेषु चातुमास्ये विशेषतः
śeṣakāle'pi cittasthānkāmānmartyaḥ samāpnuyāt | tasmātsarvaprayatnena pūjyā sā dvārakā naraiḥ | sarveṣvapi hi kāleṣu cātumāsye viśeṣataḥ
Même en d’autres temps, le mortel peut obtenir les désirs chers demeurant dans son esprit. C’est pourquoi, de tout effort, les hommes doivent vénérer cette Dvārakā : en tout temps, et tout particulièrement durant Cāturmāsya.
