न दह्यसि महाभाग तत्र स्थोऽध्ययनं कुरु । स तथेति प्रतिज्ञाय प्रविश्यादित्यवाजिनः

na dahyasi mahābhāga tatra stho'dhyayanaṃ kuru | sa tatheti pratijñāya praviśyādityavājinaḥ

« Tu ne seras pas brûlé, ô bienheureux ; demeure là et poursuis ton étude. » Il acquiesça, fit le vœu : « Ainsi soit-il », puis entra dans la monture d’Āditya.
