यदन्यस्तापसो नास्ति ईदृशोऽत्र धरातले । तेनाहं दूरतः प्राप्तो वैराग्येण समन्वितः

yadanyastāpaso nāsti īdṛśo'tra dharātale | tenāhaṃ dūrataḥ prāpto vairāgyeṇa samanvitaḥ

Parce qu’en cette terre il n’est point d’ascète semblable à toi, je suis venu de loin—doué de détachement—afin de solliciter ta guidance.
