Transliteration

aṣṭāviṃśatsahasraistu vatsarāṇāṃ kṛtaṃ yugam | tasmiñchveto'bhavadviṣṇurbhagavānyo jagadguruḥ

Translation

Le Kṛta Yuga comptait vingt‑huit mille ans ; en cet âge, Viṣṇu—Bhagavān, le Guru du monde—se manifesta sous une forme blanche et rayonnante.
