तस्माद्वरय भद्रं ते वरं यन्मनसि स्थितम् । अदेयमपि दास्यामि यद्यपि स्यात्सुदुर्लभम्
tasmādvaraya bhadraṃ te varaṃ yanmanasi sthitam | adeyamapi dāsyāmi yadyapi syātsudurlabham
«Choisis donc une grâce—que le bien soit tien—tout ce qui demeure en ton cœur. Même ce qui, d’ordinaire, ne se donne pas, je te l’accorderai, fût-ce d’une extrême rareté.»
